2. If you are looking for a product or supplier file and consult the file, click on the "Contact" or Calendar icon, or if you are a supplier, go to the menu of

"Customers" menu and click on the icon in the shape of a postal envelope.

3. Select the option "Schedule Meeting".

4. Set the date, time and determine if it is a face-to-face or virtual meeting (Google Meets).
